In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers and loads nothing from third-party servers. The only personal data we handle is the technical data needed to deliver the pages, and what you send us by email.

1. Who we are

2. Cookies and trackers

This website does not set any cookie and does not use any analytics, advertising, social media or fingerprinting tool. Fonts, styles and scripts are served from our own domain. That is why there is no cookie banner.

3. Technical data (hosting)

When you visit a page, your browser sends technical data to our host, Firebase Hosting (Google LLC): IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type. This data is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR / GDPR).
  • Retention: according to Google's standard retention periods for server logs; we do not use these logs to identify visitors.

4. When you email us

If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to reply and follow up on your request. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail).

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps taken at your request.
  • Retention: as long as needed to handle your request, then up to 3 years from our last exchange.

5. Transfers outside the UK and the EEA

Google may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK extension, and by the standard contractual clauses offered by Google.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to focus.target.app@gmail.com; we answer within one month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live (in France, the CNIL).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
