Terms of use
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Clarity – IPTV Player app (the "App"), published by FOCUS TESTING LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under number 15429929, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us").
By ticking the box and tapping Accepter et continuer (Accept and continue) in the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. What Clarity is
Clarity is only a media player. It plays streams and playlists (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes accounts) that you add yourself.
The App does not provide, host, sell, broadcast or recommend any content, channel, film or series. No playlist is included, not even a free one. We are not affiliated with any content or IPTV provider and receive no payment from them.
3. Your sources, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the sources (links, playlists, accounts, credentials) you add to the App, where they come from and the content they give access to.
You agree to use the App only with sources you are legally entitled to use, in compliance with intellectual property rights and the law that applies to you. Using the App to access infringing content, or content broadcast without the permission of its rights holders, is prohibited.
We have no access to your sources (see section 5): we do not know, control, check or endorse them. Their presence in the App never means that they are authorised or lawful.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against any claim by a third party (in particular rights holders) arising from the sources you added or the use you make of them.
4. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for the content, availability, quality, accuracy or lawfulness of the streams and information (titles, images, programme guides) provided by your sources.
The App is provided "as is". We work to keep it running properly but do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, or compatible with every source.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law, nor the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the law of the country where you live).
5. Your data
Your sources, credentials, passwords, favourites, history and settings are stored on your device. We have no access to them.
If you create a sync account, this data is encrypted on your device before it is sent, with a key that only you hold. We cannot read it. Details are in the privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Account and recovery key
The sync account is anonymous: it requires no name, email or phone number. It relies on a recovery key shown in the App.
You are solely responsible for keeping this key safe and confidential. Anyone who holds it can access your synced data. We do not know your key: if you lose it, we cannot retrieve it or recover your data.

7. Clarity Premium
Clarity Premium is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-off lifetime purchase. Premium currently removes ads and may include other player features as they are released. Premium gives access to player features, never to content.
- Payment: charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the App, in your currency, before you buy. We never have access to your payment details.
- Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trial: if a free trial is offered, the subscription starts automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Cancellation: at any time in your store account (Google Play › Payments & subscriptions, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Premium stays active until the end of the period already paid. Uninstalling the App or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds and right of withdrawal: purchases are processed by Google or Apple, and refunds follow their policies. Because Premium is unlocked immediately at your request, you agree that the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once Premium is activated, to the extent permitted by law.
- Restore purchases: use "Restaurer mes achats" in the App to restore Premium on a new device using the same store account.
8. Advertising
The free version may show ads provided by Google AdMob on phones and tablets. In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, your consent is requested before any personalised advertising, and you can change it in the App settings.
9. Intellectual property
The App, its code, name, logo and design belong to FOCUS TESTING LTD. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or redistribute it, except where the law allows it.
10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, these Terms are between you and FOCUS TESTING LTD, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its maintenance, support or any related claim. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies, and these Terms prevail in case of conflict to the extent permitted.
11. Changes and termination
We may change the App and add, modify or remove features. We may also update these Terms: the new version will be shown in the App and must be accepted to keep using it.
You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access to the sync service in case of abuse or breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of England and Wales.
